Opera 7.0 - Windrivers forums
Scott,
Do you (or anyone else), know if there is any particular setting I need to adjust (I call myself checking everything - cookies enabled, etc) to allow Opera 7.0 to retain my username and password here in the Windrivers forums?
I am only experiencing this with here at Windrivers. The settings are retained at other forums I visit regularly.

When you find out let me know, Opera doesn't retain any of my autologins.
BTW, couple of times I have been to the company forums and then logged back in here, gone to reply to a post to find I am no longer logged in again, login, post, look at another post, go to reply, guess what, not logged in again, seems to take about 4 or 5 logins to make it stick in IE6....
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

I'm still having the problem. Opera 7.0 build 2637 I purchased the upgrade. I uninstalled 7.0 and tried with 6.x - works fine. I installed 7.0 again and the problem persists. Must be a setting I'm missing - but where?

Got it! Or so I think. The real test will come tomorrow. With the forums page open click on the "Wand" button. Delete any user name(s) you may have. Re-open the forums page. When prompted to remember password on this page choose "yes".
I must have checked "no" the first time I opened the forums page in Opera 7.0.

I'm using 7.01 build 2651 and i don't have any problems. i love the 'wand' feature. i just downloaded Opera a few days, so just playing around and learning what I can
I think the problem is either an ID10T or PEBCAK error
