    Resolved [RESOLVED] Hard drives...utilities and performance

    I have recently added another hard drive to my system. I now have a 30Gb master and a 20Gb slave drive. Is there a way that I can make sure I am getting optimum performance out of both drives?
    Is there a decent utility that I can download to make sure my drives are functioning at maximum levels?

    Another freebie to try is "SiSoft Sandra" available at download.com.

    Tons of tests available for your whole PC, and benchmarks your drives [and just about everything else in your machine] against a slew of different HD's. Also provides tips on what to do to your machine to enhance PC performance .
