    Endless reboot loop

I just installed catalyst 3.1 for my Radeon 8500 and tried to flash my tape drive's firmware

Anyway I just rebooted and the pc Boots fine until just after the black Windows xp splash screen and then reboots by itself

I'm pretty sure its the video drivers that are causing

How can I get back into Windows?

    thanks

Boot to safe mode and rollback the video driver.

Then you are looking at using the automatic repair or the repair console. here's a tutorial

    atidvag.dll
    ati2evxx.exe
    ati2mdxx.exe
    ati3d1ag.dll
    ati3d2ag.dll
    atiduag.dll
    atiddc.dll
    atiiecc.dll
    atioglxx.dll
    atipdlxx.dll
    atitvo32.dll
    ativcoxx.dll
    ati2mtag.dll
    oemdspif.dll

Is the list of drivers that appears on my ati card.

Or do an inplace install - to do that you boot from the xp cd, let setup run all the way to where you can partition the disk, then select the automatic repair.
