    actually all you need is a good jigsaw, i've done this many times, dremels are great for tiny cuts and smaller mods but for a bigger opening like a window you definitely want a jigsaw, you'll need a proper steel cutting blade to do it.

    Got one , I've done the mods myself several times but it never turns out EXACTLY the way I want it so...
