    Popups in Forums?

    I just shut down a popup window (something about a survey on time=money), and the only open IE window was this one in the WinDrivers Forums.

    Did I hallucinate this, or are the forums now "afflicted" with popups?

    Dude...

    I got one too, about an hour ago, I didn't think anything of it, I was hoping it was from another window, but the only thing I was working in was WD. Tell me it ain't so!

    Run a spyware check on your computers to make sure some rogue program isn't spawning these things.

    Next time it happens, see if you can right click on them and do a properties to find out where they're coming from.

    Probably not being spawned in the forum..I've been on all day and haven't had any..most likely a messenger pop-up..see the thread about strange messages keep popping up on my screen. These things appear regardless of what web page you are on

    While coming in to this thread, no less.

    Here's what I saw:


    I shut it down before I read MacGyver's suggestion to get it's properties...
