    Lightbulb USB1 or USB2

    Hello all,
I get a lot of queries (especially now with many hi-speed USB devices on the market) on whether a system supports USB 1.1 or USB 2. Often the system properties will not specify which speed bus is present. I was wondering if anybody knew of a easy way to distinguish between the two.
    Thanks

Device manager often says usb 2.0
Specs for the motherboard or the motherboard manual
    User guide for branded machines.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

If you look in device manager, any mention of an Enhanced USB controller would mean it's USB 2.0
