I have a user whos taskbar keeps refreshing its self and is annoying...Anyone know why it does this or is there a fix?

Do all the icons on the desktop refresh as well?

nope only the taskbar... like the clock and any quick launch icons ... Im thinking it might be mcafee doing this
I've seen this before but I don't remember if I fixed it or just looked at it, walked away, and cried. Yeah, sounds like it could be McAfee or maybe Active Desktop..? Let us know if you find a fix!
