    HELP! how do I disable Visual Basic from running on Excel???

    I open up excel and the visual basic for marcros starts running. Excel works, but it's a pain in the rear, how I do get VB to be permantely disable?????

    Not sure if this is what is happening to you but it worked for me when I had a similar problem awhile back try This page
