add window components hangs on W2K server
I am trying to configure a W2K server. Not sure if it's a problem because I'm doing this while I'm at my workstation using pcanywhere. Whenever I try to get into change window components, it takes a long time (way too long in my opinion). So, I walk over to the server and try again and still takes forever(then I right click task manager to stop and there's nothing open to stop), I just have a "please wait" and the radio button on the desktop is just blank). Any advise (like go to bed? It doesn't help that I have bronchitis and on this medicine that spaces me out and it's Monday..)

never had an issue with that, I would take a wild guess at it maybe being an issue with pc anywhere.

I wish it was..
I tried it at the server and then tried the same thing. Same results. Maybe I should try disabling PC anywhere from starting and see what happens.

that's what i was thinking. Personaly, I use terminal server in remote admin mode, and it does an excelent job of maintaining my server.

argh, more problems
It appears that trying to add/remove programs does not work either (I was trying to uninstall PC Anywhere). Could it be related to the installer program? Any ideas?
