Win XP: How to find out if it has been activated yet

Is there any way of finding out if a Windows XP Home (OEM) has been activated b4, and how many times. I know I could try to install myself, but if it has never been activated I'd like to leave it that way : )
I was hoping there might be a link where I could enter the Product Code and check it out that way??

You cannot leave XP unactivated - at 30 days it refuses to run until you activate it.

You can however, backup your activation if you desire

To find out if you have been activated already

Start, run type in

oobe/msoobe /a

click ok and windows will tell you. I don't beleive there is a way of working out how many times a particular copy has been activated though.
