Need a good "how pc's work" website.
Something that explains megahurts, fsb, different types of ram, etc. For newbies and those who already have some knowledge. Anyone know some good ones?

Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

As Craig mentioned, Howstuffworks is a great site. Very good explanations that are generally not too technical.
Some other popular sites are
Tom's Hardware Guide
Anandtech
Hardware Central
and
ZDNet
I rarely make any serious purchase without consulting at least Tom's Hardware Guide and a couple other resources. Tom's is probably my favorite. Any time I can't find the information I need, I usually post a question here on Windrivers to see if someone else has already "Been there, done that".
Howstuff works is great if you are wanting to get a grasp on concepts.
Tom's is great if you want to read reviews that include lots of performance graphs and "nuts and bolts" technical how-to guides.
I'm sure there are many more good resources but those are the one's I've become accustomed to using, they usually provide what I need. I will probably browse through NooNoos Google search results a bit though, looked like some interesting links were listed there.
If anyone has a particular favorite that I didn't mention, please post a link

Pc Tech Guide
Try out www.pctechguide.com
It's not the prettiest site, but it has in-depth explanations on just about every aspect of computing.
