    Not sure where to go.

I have a small business and have a network setup as follows:
    4 workstations running WinXP Pro.
1 computer serving as a "server" to the workstations running WinXP Pro.
I have a dedicated IP address thru Sprint DSL.
The "server" is not running as a true server as I understand it. I currently have no problems at all with this setup. My problem is that my main software for the office is called "Agency Advantage", a program for Insurance agencies, that keeps track of policies and customers. This is a very slick piece of software and I love it. However, I have two offices located about 15 miles from the main office and I need these two to have access online to the program and I am in need of advice on how to allow them access. Is there a way??

Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

I trust that is an altruistic offer... soliciting business on the forums is a no no.

    Completely,
I would help him for nothng over the phone or by email.
    Do it alll the time.
Besides, I wouldn't drive that far.
    Rest assured Mum.
Helping here should prove that I would hope.

NooNoo, it'd HAVE to be altruistic AND done from a distance, them there Naples folk don't like us commoners from Lee County taking their money and intruding on their territory - especially not me with my "unintelligible" Brummie accent

Hey, there are "commoners" in Naples and I happen to be one of the most common. Appreciate all the advice and it looks as if VPN is the way to go. I am going to give it a try today and I'll keep you posted as to my success or failure. Thanks guys, you always come through.
