i must say i like the xm radio deal. some friends have it and it is great. the question is: do i need to spend $120 a year to get radio?
but the PC deal would be cool, especially if you work from home or at home.

This looks good, but is apparently not available here in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Anyone know how to get hold of a human at XM?

hence the $120 a year for radio . . . . though he was off by $12
I do see his point though. I can't stand the $hit that's on the radio for free. who cares if it's crystal clear reception. it's still crystal clear $hit. I get the equivalent of xm radio with all those stupid music channels on my digital cable. I don't use them ever I couldn't see using XM either. about the only thing I could see it being good for would be to always be able to get espnradio . . . . but it aint worth $108 a year.

not to be a jerk about it, but its 9.99 a month, * 12 = 119.88, so i was off by 12 cents.

I have sirius sat radio and I love it, nice for long car drives ( I drive allot ) I can hear a wide range of stuff, but you also run into the same problems as satate(SP) there are times when there are 3 things you wanna listen too, and times when you can't find anything you like (very very rare only lasted like 2 min) But with sirus all the music streams are comercial free! It fun I like it

The commercial free bit won't last long. When I got XM it was commercial free. Now there are commercials creeping in everywhere. It's going to go the same way cable did.
