Great color.
Looks like she's got one saved up though (big bulge before the tail).

That is actually simply because she is a female and not actually food in her. Male corn snakes narrow slowly towards the tip of the tail so as to not show any change between their body and tail. Females, on the other hand, narrow quite rapidly after their *** end providing a distinction between their body and tale. Best way to tell between a male and female but most aren't as prominent as hers is.

I wasn't thinking it was a food lump, but more of a big S getting ready to come out. Haven't see that big of a bulge in boy or girl snakes of any sort untless they are ready to take a big dump.

Thanks for the compliments... She will be two in December (6th) and she is almost 4 foot long with a girth about the size of a half dollar. And ILTU, thank you very much... she definately does have great color and this Olympus that I have definately brings it out.

eek, a snake!
Nice to look at, wouldn't want one as a pet. I was bit by a snake when I was a kid. Was on a field trip (I think at camp). I was given a snake to hold and it bit me. I flung that thing so far. I think the adults were pissed at me for that.
