Question USB Pen Drive VID/PID Lookup???????

I swear by these things, but lately I have come up with a problem.

I have several (generic) Usb Pen Drives with software and tools on them.
They work great with XP, but as you know Windows 98 requires drivers.

Problem is none of these have company names or any identification at all to find drivers with.
I went and found the VID/PID information in the registry

    USB\VID_0D7E&PID_2317&REV_0001,USB\VID_0D7E&PID_23 17

Is there a website/database accessable on the web where I could find the manufacturer?

    Any help would be appreciated.

According to this list , Vendor ID 0D7E is American Computer & Digital Components. Product ID of 2317 is probably generic for Mass Storage Device. Had a quick look around there site and couldn't immediately see those USB pendrive devices, try emailing their tech support for help,

Thanks for the Help. I will make sure that I bookmark that site.

After going to the site you reccommended I found that the company that produces that product is Buslink. They had the driver and I am back in action.

It would be nice if One generic driver would work for all.
