Can I install SQL Server 2000 on Windows 95?
I went on the Microsoft/SQL homepage but if you look at it, it isn't clear whether Windows 95 can be a system requirement to install SQL Server 2000.

I see there is a mention of Windows 95 in client support which I don't understand but yet it is not listed under operating systems. So it is assumed that SQL 2000 isn't compatable with Windows 95.

You are correct..client support means you can hook up to the server with win 95..but you cannot use it as an underlying OS
