Make that another vote for ATI, you can also purchase a DX 9 capable card from ATI way cheaper than you could from nVidia.

Ok, ok my response is:
If you want to know about Ti vs FX, keep it on your mind.....
Ti is a DX8 part and FX is a DX9 part, it means that every line is "optimized" for work in echar DX version so if you use a FX in a DX8 game it wont have the results you want, but if you use an FX card in a DX9 game it will use all his horsepower. The same whith the Ti line, they are enhanced to work in DX8.

So decide it well, what I recommend to you is to buy a XFX GEFORCE FX5600 ULTRA. Is a nice card whith a lot of new features to show. In the other hand if you want more power you can go for a ATI RADEON 9600 PRO(if you don't like ati, don't worry the XFX will be good for you).
