interesting program
At my curent job (level-3 help, for roadrunner) we use aim to communicate with all other people thru our newwork. I was wondering if there is an add on/ or instant messenging program that would allow something a little different then what we normally use, i would like it kinda secure (we will be passing around passwords/user account info and the like), but here's where this gets tricky, we have 15 peeps in the group and we are all busy so i was wonderiing if there was a way to use aim/or like program/ to allow all us on the same login, and all of us see the repls to that login. I konw that with aim now we can have concurrent logins, but you don't all see the reply just one side of the conversation. is there a program out their that will allow me to do this? if my request is not clear let me know..i might be able to explain it better.

You can do it with ICQ i do know that.
You can set it to a chat conversation with users on your list. I have had it working fine through my network here with six or more in same convo. id say its unlimited. Its the only messaging progy I use so i don't know about the others.

Well thats the good thing about ICQ its not a chatroom
its an IM program that is designed to have more than one user in the conversation if required

Thanks for all the responses. I will look in to both ICQ and as well as the secure Instant messenging client. I have been looking at the following add on's to AIM
free addon This is pretty much the adopted company messenging program. Thanks again.
