    Mpx En5038b

    I am looking for a driver for this Ethernet card MPX EN5038B.
    I have a Compaq computer and on the same card it says Compaq PCI 10/100.
    Originally the computer came with Windows ME, I formated the hard drive and the recovery disk does not wrok, so I installed Win98.
    Win98 does not recognize most of the hardware, I am trying to fix one problem at a time.
    Does any one know where to find that driver?
