Well, Texas may have been a part of the Conferderate States, but I wonder if JitBob does not have a point. Texas and Texans pride themselves as state apart, do they not: Lone Star and all that. It's sort of like here in Florida. I, being from the north originally, never thought of Florida as being REAL South/Southern. So, Cleete, do Texan's really consider themselve's southern?

I don't really have a favorite. I'll get on a kick where I'll drink one kind of softdrink for a stretch but no real favorites. I'm also very partial to Ice tea and drink it year round even up here in the frozen wastes. I also drink other forms of tea (like right now I'm drinking lipton cold brew tea ). But as far as actuall softdrinks.... some of my usuals are RC, Mello Yellow ( stomach won't take Mountain dew anymore), Sierra Mist, or Sprite. If I'm someplace that has fill it yourself I like a mixture that a friend of mine and i simply called "swamp water" It's not even a mixture of set kinds just a bunch of whatever is available! Sometimes it's real good sometimes NOT....

It makes me gag and embarassed when my kids do that when I'm with them.
Especially when they hit the Coke button.

I rented a house boat a few years ago and on the last day we had three things left to drink Water, Mountain dew, and Malibu rum.. So I mixed and Todd's Malidew was born. Tastes great and goes down easy. Try it you'll love it.

Why is this not on the list, and who'd drink it if it was?

We called 'em trash bins... we'd get a trash can, fill it with whatever we could find.... based upon how much was in it, we'd add koolaid and sugar, peel a watermelon, throw it in and let it sit for about two hours and then drop in excess Tygon tubing from our watercooling equipment and start sucking it down.... great times!

Still digging at Triple I see. Why don't you leave it now, and get a life.
