Question Looking for a good disk manager.

I need a disk manager that can remove the Ontrack overlay that is currently installed on a IBM Thinkpad 380D. ON Track's current version of their disk manager is in the 50 dollar range, and is not really cost effective for this single project of re-installing Win 98.
there is a 30 gig IBM drive installed, but the bios is only showing 7 gigs.
is there some free utility i could use to remove, and then replace the overlay to to get the full capacity of this hard drive? thanks for any help
