XP drivers 2 ISDN modems ( int/ext)

I would like to find win XP drivers for :
External ISDN USB adapter Compaq
and internal HFC-S PCI A (cologne chip or billion or whatever it is..?)by the isdn company s/n PCI 2000R0000 673 UMEC UT28624.
Can' t find them anywhere !!At least not working .. got a non-tested version of a billion driver but then the computer suddenly says WAM mini port ?? but doensn't connect, So now i've got a small win 98 partition and XP on my computer.
