Win2K Modem drivers for a Creative modem blaster?
I need some Win2K drivers for my modem. I looked at the manufacturers web site and they don't seem to have them. The modem is a "Modem Blaster Flash 56k DI5601-1 ISA". Please I beg the tech god to bless me with some drivers. Who is the tech god?

Hey guys, I emailed Creative about this too and I just got a letter back. Tis pretty interesting, I will paste it for you.

" Hey! You guys don't have any Win2K or Linux drivers for the Modem Blaster
Flash 56k ISA DI5601-1? Could you please make some for me, I really like
that modem.
Ben,
The Windows 2000 drivers for he DI 5601-1 are available
http://www.modemblaster.com/download/drivers.asp and the
file name is5601Win2K.exe. I suggest extracting the file to a
floppy disk. Then you will need to edit the 5601-12K.INF file.
Change the second Init string in 5601-12k.inf in Notepad under
[Basic_Commands] from
AT&FE1V1S0=0&C1&D2+MR=2;+DR=1;+ER=1W2<cr>
to AT&FE0V1S0=0&C1&D2+MR=2;+DR=1;+ER=1<cr>
Creative Labs does not currently have any support for any products
under
the Novell, UNIX, Linux, BeOS, or BSD operating systems at this
time. However, these cards will most likely work under these operating
systems, provided that you use drivers created for these cards and these
operating systems. You can try searching the web to find such drivers, but
we do not at all support the use of these drivers. One such place which I
know about is
WWW.4FRONT-TECH.COM.
You may also want to check with
OPENSOURCE.CREATIVE.COM
I will mention again that the use of these
drivers is completely unsupported.

Yea so I guess thats it, thanks for poor driver support Creative.
