Heya, i recently brought a new network card..because my modem was on usb and it was kinda crappy. Ok well the problem is that my floppy drive seems to have broken! and everytime i put something in it it says "the disc is not formatted". but thats another problem.. ok well this means i cant install the drivers. but if theres any online someone wouldnt mind helping me find, Itd be a tremendous help. eheh and yes this is a girl so dont throw too amyn fancy words at me :P

right click on here, select save target as choose a folder to put it in... one you can easily find later.

Now, if you don't have a zip archiver (you do if you have xp). download this when its fully downloaded, double click the file you downloaded to install it.

Now you will be able to open the driver file from above. Extract it to a folder you can find again. In there should be .txt file telling how to install... and a setup.exe file. Double click the setup.exe file to set it going, follow the wizard, it should install the card for you.

Any other problems, post again.

PS floppy drives are very cheap, get it replaced - after you have checked that it does the same with a new diskette.

PPS this is a girl too. The ability to understand instructions is not dependent on gender!
