Need a bios for a Silicon Image 3112A SATA card
SI website leaves much to be desired. A little background: SATA controller is in a P4T533-C on Win2003 server and has a problem coexisting with an Adaptec 2100s SCSI RAID controller. SATA card has to be in a lower PCI slot than the Adaptec in order for boot from the Adaptec. I get occasional blue screens and It's related to the SATA card.
Two days ago I updated the SATA bios and driver and viola, no more blue screens. It won't boot at all. So, figuring I'm going to have to get a new MB that will support multiple SCSI cards and their boot order I pull the SATA controller, boot to windows, and then plug in the SATA controller while the machine is on. I thought the odds were low that it would work but it did. So, now I CAN flash the bios back but I don't have the old bios. SI claims it's in the new bios zip (for reference) but they lied and it's nowhere to be found on the site.
So, I'm looking for version 4.1.35 or 4.1.50.

This link has some, but it *may* not work (problems sometimes reported).
I've found another resolution on the web by using another BIOS for this card here (same chips).
Good luck.

Thanks big A
I'm going to try this. Filesize is the same and it looks like a backward revision if the filename is any clue. Pulling the card to boot this thing is getting to be a pain.

Just flashed it and it works great. It boots again and works better in windows. With the other bios I was getting pauses while browsing through directories.
Thnaks!
