NEC PCMCIA USB 2.0 Card not working
Hi everybody,
i would be very happy if there's someone who knows a solution to my problem.
I bought a USB 2.0 PCMCIA Card at ebay. The Card is noname and i figured out that the chip is from NEC.
I wanted to use it in my Notebook wich is from a german discounter called "Medimarkt" the Brand of the Notebook is "Network".
When i plugged it in for the first time a standart installation routine started without promting for any cd disc or similiar. A window appeared which told me that the attempt to initalize the device failed (Code 10).
After i read the articles in this forum i installed SP1a but this didn't change anything concerning the problem.
The card has to be ok because i plugged it in the maxdata notebook of my friend and it worked just fine.
What else can i do? Thank you very much for your help and please excuse my english!
