    Unhappy Scanner dirver problem

    Hi friends

I have the HP scanjet 2400 Scanner i have install the scanner driver in my system but i am not able to scan the document when i am opening the HP director its open but when i click on scan document/picture it gives me error

"An error occured communicating with the scanning device. please ensure that the scanning device is connected properly and try again"

but when i open my computer in that scanner shows and when i start and scan it scanned so i reinstall the drivers of scanner but still i am facing the same problem.

Did you load driver software first or plug in scanner first? You may need to uninstall hp driver package and try again. load driver first.

You didn't say which version of Windows you're using.

Have you already been to HP's website for your ScanJet 2400?

    You can find manuals here:
