Welcome to windrivers magician. When I googled the bios id you posted, I got hits for gigabyte and iwill as well as chaintech. What is the make and model board you need the update for? Also, what problem are you experiencing that you believe a bios update will solve? Most manufacturers stopped releasing updates for bx boards 3-4 years ago.
Probability factor of one to one...we have normality, I repeat we have normality. Anything you still can't cope with is therefore your own problem.

Thank you for yor warm welcome and help. i think we have been to the same web page as google returns only one page :-). i am trying to install win200o to our old terminal server dual PIII 600 with scsi(before you say anything i install the scsi drivers) and i get the message ASPI BIOS in this system is not fully compliant blah blah. And it say contact your BIOS supplier for an upgrade or a site which charges $49.99

I hope that answers your question

No, the post screen is probably not going to tell you. You could try downloading and running this: http://www.hwinfo.sk/files/hw32_141.exe

Is this a branded machine (hp, compaq, etc.)?

Not particularly helpful. A model # or part # perhaps?

ASPI bios is probably the scsi card bios its complaining about.... not the motherboard at all.
