    Welcome to Windrivers question

I have deleted your other thread since it asks the same question.

The pci communication device is likely to be the onboard modem... drivers should be available at gigabyte.

Can you hear any sounds at all? If you go into control panel, sounds, can you play any of the sounds for windows events?

Please check that your speakers are switched on and are plugged into the green jack on your motherboard... unless they are surround sound....?

What windows are you using? Have you done all the windows updates?

That sound may mean that your speakers are faulty or that the sound card is faulty.

Test the speakers with something else - if they play OK, then you need to look at replacing the sound card.
