Geezer
So welcome to windrivers reefus54.
Well that's not much to go on ! .. maybe it is 'working' just on something you might not want or be aware of ?
There's a whole load of 'possibles' but we need to know about virus checks, anti-malware checks, operating system, kit its running on .... whoa ! loads of stuff ! - a bit more 'full' explaination would definitely help

Righto, it's a "background" service or app runnng hidden. Or...well, -ed said it all. It could be a myriad of other possiblities.
Any problems with the pc in general, or is this the only thing you have a question about?

Problem solved
Thanks, all, for your responses. You gave me something to look for, and I found that the ISP software had been corrupted. Problem solved. Thanks Again!
