Logitech joystick problem on XP
Hi everyone,
I have a logitech extreme digital 3d joystick and a set of thrustmaster elite rudder pedals. This combination worked fine on my old PC with Windows 98 SE, and it worked fine on a new Sony Vaio in the store I bought it in, but when I hooked it up to my new HP, it won't recognize the rudder pedals. I've downloaded the latest Direct x, tried all the software from logitech, (none of which works), used the windows compatiblity wizard to try to use the old software and drivers. No luck. Logitech support doesn't write you back, HP support is terrible, and the windows knowledge base is not much help, either. Had anyone experienced the same thing or have any ideas? All would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bert

The problem with that is, XP doesn't like them and niether does the Windows compatiblity utility. I will however go looking for version 3.62 that they mentioned in the page you sent me. I hope that one will agree with XP and still have the support for the pedals. I appreciate the reply. This will give me something new to try.
Thanks again,
