First of all, welcome to Windrivers joshuawelch.
We need just a little more information here, so try to help us help you.
First of all, is this a home burned CD, or a factory CD? Is it Audio or data?
What version of Windows are you running?
Second, if you eject the CD, does your computer respond again, or is it still frozen?
This information would be quite useful to us, so please reply.
If only you knew what's inside of me now,
You wouldn't want to know me, somehow.
