    #%&^%#& website...

Ok... here is the story. I created a crappy... and I emphasize *crappy* website for a freind of mine. I just updated the website. I can view the site on any computer.

My freind cannot view his own website. It gives him a 403 Error Forbidden. I have even tried going to a specific page on the site like index.htrml or 2featureditems.html... and it gives an error that it cannot find the page.

    I have:

    Cleared the cached web pages
    Cleared the cookies
    Cleared the History
    Checked the LMS Hosts file
Successfuly pulled allot of my hair out....

    HELP!
Don't ask me... I just work here.

He's not using a proxy server is he? I would also check for Spyware. See here http://forums.windrivers.com/showthread.php?t=57348

Does he have problems with any other sites and have you tried using a different connection, maybe a temporary dial-up if he is on cable for example.

Spyware has been cleaned... ran AdAware and SpyBot, loaded with latest versons/updates/reference files.

He is NOT going through a proxy. He can get to ANY other website.

Ok, can you try a different connection at all? Long shot I know as he can get to other sites but maybe still worth a try.

The site in particular hasn't mistakenly been entered in the restricted sites?

    Scooter,

Post the url here and see if anyone else can get to his website, (and don't worry how crap it might be, who cares)!

At least then we'll know if...
    1. It's only his pc/connection whatever that's the problem
    2. It's the websites problem
