    It's 5 years old I'm sure the recall expired by now. If it's for a newer compaq you ned to contact them and see if it's warranty related or not.

    The link is not working. Can you fix it because i really wanted to take a look at HP memory recall procedure. Does it work on all versions of HP ? i have a DV6, will it work on it too ?
