Cannot change the start page in IE6

Hi,

The startpage of IE6 become somewhere advertisment page. I change to the other page and "apply" as start page, that advertisment page become the start page after i restart IE.

I used adaware to scan and removed those possible spy files, this problem still occur. Even I change the value of the start page in registry, after I close IE and open again.. the same advertisment page set as start page again.

Anyone knwo how to fix this problem ??

read this thread and try each of the suggestions then post your hijackthis log having cleaned out as much spyware as you can. We can then help with the stubborn stains....
