Virus installing user
I have a user who is constantly opening all of her emails. Needless to say she has a ton (tonne to the English) of problems. She opened the w32.beagleAG on Monday morning. Great way to pass some time, finding the bloody thing! I have Symantic Corporate for Exchange on the server and NAV on her machine, both are updated everyday.
How the h3ll did I get this woman to stop opening all of her emails? She is in a position that she has to have an email account on her win98 machine.
I love her as a friend but she hasn't been the same since her anyourism (sp) and kind of forgets the little things. Any ideas?

Block all dangerous attachments at the server level. You can do it with Norton Anti-virus for Exchange, it just takes a registry edit.
