    Need driver for this darn modem real bad! will appreciate all the help I can get!

    If you haven't tried windrivers advanced driver search I would do that first. if you can't find the specific driver there then go to www.driverguide.com and register for free. Once you do that then go to step 3 search and type in the specific model found on the modem chip and you should find an exact driver for it.
    I wonder what happens when I push this button. . . . . .
