HI my name is amanda. I wonde if their is anyone out thier that can help me.My computer is a Tiny computer my system is windows 98 se and i had to reset my hard drive recently. Before i reset my hard drive i had all programs installed and working fine included my internal literon dvd/cd writer which i have used before to burn cds and dvds. I am back on my computer now and installed all programs but now when i go to burn cd it works fine but it wont burn any cds at all. The person who installed the dvd writer originally set the drives to master and slave but i am not sure how to do that and if i do that will it help me finally to start burning dvds again as i dont know why i can burn cds ok but not dvds using the same drive. I hope thier is someon out thier that can help especially if they know about tinys computers

Hi Busty,
Welcome to Windrivers!
What burning software are you using? I use Nero. When I use it I have to set to DVD or CDRW depending on which I am using.
Its usually a button on the upper right hand side. If you are using other software let us know.
Good Luck,

What burning software do you have? Does it give you any error messages?
it could be you need this its a sort of driver called the aspi layer. Download it, double click it to install it.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
