Got someone over at the HP forums to get me some diagrams, hopefully this will solve it.

Just a heads up on the 4000/4200 series HP's, I've found that when they start squeaking unbearable loud, you can remove the torque limiter from the feed rollers and the squeaking stops. I've tried replacing them, but they cost about 20 bucks and it doesn't fix the problem anyway. That part is the little black clutch that the feed rollers connect to on the trays.
Also, if the diagrams don't help or if you never see them, post again & I'll download the service manual and send you the removal instructions.
Good luck...

Hey pinhead, what part of PA u from?
Also, I don't think in this case it is the feed clutches, cause it is squeaking even when the printer is just cycling, and the feed assemblies shouldn't be moving then should they?

Can you tell approximately where the squeaking is coming from? You can narrow down your search by powering it on with the paper tray removed.
Have you already tried a different toner cartridge?

Well after spending over 2 hours on the phone with HP they couldn't even figure out exactly what that piece was for. Figured it might be a type of trasnfer roller.
During and before that time I took apart the printer and was reseating stuff in the output assembly the best that I could and played with all the rollers. Squeek is gone now. Weird.
