    Job Tracking

We're looking for a new job-tracking software package. Right now we use something that was built in Access and it's just not cutting it anymore.

We're not looking for something too complex, but basic job tracking and reporting for my department. There's only 3 of us in the department.
Something somewhat customizable would be extra good.

    Any auggestions?

(I have looked into "Track-IT" and it's nice, but a bit too complex for what we're looking to do.)
