Are you using 2 in place of too or to indicate something about your bluescreen? To be honest the only thing you can do is look at your event viewer to get an idea of what might have caused your system to crash, but if you want to know what is really causing it chances are it's a hardware failure or overheating. If you're not a technician the best avenue is taking it to a tech because even with a program you're just going to be guessing right there alongside a program that will assume what the problem is.
One Script to rule them all.
One Script to find them.
One Script to bring them all,
and clean up after itself.

Hi wukkie1, welcome to WinDrivers.
Unfortunately as Niclo says, there isn't a simple download available to diagnose a system's woes. If that's you currently being helped on bleepingcomputer, to avoid confusion and duplication it's usually best to stick with the one help site, unless you come to a dead end. Then another approach may help.
But also if the system is seriously compromised, a full system restore or professional repair is sometimes the only solution, as Niclo also indicated.
