pci.sys- 0X07E stop screen on XP install

Have you tested your ram as suggested in the post above yours?

Ram tested the tests were negative so i guess my RAM is fine

What baffles me more is the fact that the last time my system showed the "page fault in non_paged area" error windows was just starting. Isnt that error related to virtual memory ??

yea i guess i do have the option of running on single processor
i will check that out
the pci.sys error occcurs once i try to repair my windows
i guess the XP CD i have is XP Pro without SP2

i have asked my frnd for the XP SP2 CD untill then i am trying to solve my other two problems
any insights on that my frnds ??
