Anyone know of a way to reset an OE 6 Identities password?

I know this don't answer your question, but if you don't find anything to remove the password, you can recreate the account, and import the folders and address book into a new account - the p/w just keeps you from logging into the old identity.

I was hoping for something that I could do over the phone. The guy is 80.

Try this utility...I've used the full version & it works, but i never tried the trial version. Let me know if it helps...

Search for Outlook Express Password & read the details to make sure you get the one that finds passwords for identities, not just accounts.
