    See here: http://www.usbman.com/Guides/SiS%20U...d%20Tricks.htm

    Note the following:

Instructions for cleaning up device manager in safe mode.

Instructions to change the driver to the Standard Open HCL USB Host Controller.

Instructions to install the Microsoft VIA/AMD Patch if you have an SiS 7001 USB/OHCI and a 350MHZ or faster processor. Microsoft confirms success using this patch with SiS 7001 USB Host controllers.

You might need to completely Uninstall the software from the previous attempts. Read up on HP All-in-One Products - Uninstalling the HP All-in-One Software

Once you get that cleaned up, reboot and then start all over again.

HP PSC 1210 All-in-One drivers for Win98 here. It's a pretty large download but you can also order the CD.

    Good Luck!

I was just reading over your Registry again. It looks like the first USB hub is working fine in that the PSC 1200 shows up OK. It's the second USB hub that is hosed up. I would delete that sucker via Device Manager. Make sure that your PSC 1200 is not hooked up to this second port.

    Just another suggestion.
