    Angry norton antivirus

    installed norton 2004 pro,os winxp home, now comp.won't run, blue screen error irql driver less or equal, win. shuts down. i can start in safe mode but can not uninstall norton in safe mode. how can i get rid of norton

    ouch! don't ya just love that.

    How about...

    Removing Norton AntiVirus 2004 from Windows XP/2000 after Add/Remove Programs does not work

    or this seems to cover it better...

    Windows does not load after installing Norton AntiVirus 2003 or 2004
