What kind of modem is this?
I have the following information but I can't find the name and drivers for this thing:
P/N8809021
And on the chip itself:
Motorola
62412-51
U04100.2-0.6
9925

Have a look atweb page
username and password : drivers, all
from the search engine here you can find modem drivers from almost any information. Easiest search is on FCC ID (can be found on modem itself in many cases).

ok mate!, as far as ive read... the manufacturer is Motorola and the model is 62412-51 ... it seems to be a sm56 pci speakerphone modem!
so go here for info and drivers!

also try shark multimedia , the sm 56k sounds like one of sharks modems , i had one with the motorola chipset i sold that machine about 8 months ago its still working as far as i know, i asked the owner last week..
