Webcam32 is great! If you're on a broadband connection you can stream the "video" at speeds as good as 4-6 frames per second. If you are on a slower connection you are better off with the timed FTP upload of snapshots.

Great...What about a camera I really need some recomendations for a camera to use.

You could do one of two things...you could buy a webcam, or you can hookup a nice (And much more expensive!) digital camcorder. Both have their advantages...check out this article for more:
