HSP is a type of modem, not a make or model. Is there anything on the modem to identify who made the modem, such as an FCC ID or model number?

Hi Mark;
I am also looking for a driver for HSP K56FLEX PNP modem but for WIN98 and I would
like to clarify the situation. This is not a
specific model or brand name. It seems to me this is a generic name of nameless
modems based on PCtel PCT388P/PCT388 chips. And believe me it is pretty difficult to find a proper driver. For instance I use WIN95 driver under WIN98. It works but not very fast. I tried several other drivers for WIN98 and PCT789, PCT301D chips. They worked
faster but were not stable.
I would really appreciate if you help to
find this information
Regards
Vadim
