    At least it works

    Had to chuckle at this. For a fair while now I've used one particular free Webmail service, it's been good, and spam-free so there's never been anything in the spam folder. At signup you have an opt-in or opt-out for some targeted promotion, so I made them happy by opting in for computer interest, about once a week they send an email promoting web hosting or something similar. That's fine.

    A couple of weeks ago they announced these improvements:

    "New Email Features!
    More Storage
    Larger File Attachments
    Rich Text Editor
    Better SpamShield
    Anti-Virus For Everyone
    More to come... "

    Just now there was 1 email in the spam folder, wondered what it was...

    It was their own webhosting promotion email...
