Exclamation WD 74GB 10,000 RPM Raptor Harddrive

    Hello everyone,

I just wanted to tell everyone who signed up for the Ballistix Dream machine, thank you and I found out there is a cool promotion going out from Western Digital for those who did sign up which can be found here. So all you techys who did sign up and have your spam filters turned on may not have received this so I am posting it here. These drives are awesome it is only for a 2 week time period, so if you were thinking about a fast A$$ drive, now is the time to move!!!

    Once again thank you,
    Use promo code NEW4WD

It would be so nice if it were cheap to ship to Bahrain.

    Those are really great drives...

I have my home server booting off of two of them in Raid0...

Needless to say, I am really happy with their performance.

I bought one, it arrived yesterday. Great drive. Wonder if the rebate is limited to only one per household?

I run one as my boot drive too. ...may be an opportunity to turn that into RAID0
